¼ cupfreshly squeezed lemon or lime juice (or any other citrus will do)
½cupbrown sugar
¾cupdark rum
1 cupcupwaterSubstitute various fruit juices to create flavored rum punch variations! (I have used watermelon juice in this recipe.)
Instructions
Simply mix all the ingredients in a large jug, mix, and then chill for half an hour before serving to make sure it's nice and cold.
Garnish with Angostura Bitters and some grated nutmeg

Try this recipe with any freshly squeezed citrus juice - lemon, lime, or orange. Just be sure to use a good quality rum - Mount Gay rum from Barbados is the original taste!
